The ornate backplate caught my eye first, but once installed, the way the curved arms frame that opal shade makes the whole fixture feel like a piece of jewelry. The acrylic cover underneath keeps it practical without taking away from the vintage charm.
The opal glass shade really is the star here—it throws such a soft, warm glow that the whole dining room feels cozier at night. Assembly took a bit of patience with those curves, but once it was up, the vintage look exceeded what I hoped for.
